RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 1 July 2004, shareholders are
advised that the company is in the process of finalising agreements relating to
the disposal of Brolink (Proprietary) Limited, Global Technology Insurance
Systems (Proprietary) Limited and Global Technology Business Intelligence
(Proprietary) Limited and that certain other negotiations are still in progress.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
trading in shares of Glotec on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa until a
full announcement is made.
