Resignation and appointment of company secretary
The company is authorised to announce that, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the
JSE Listings Requirements, with effect from 4 August 2004, Ms A S J Nel resigned
as company secretary and Mr B A Holford was appointed by the Board, with
immediate effect, as acting company secretary until further notice. The Board
has appointed, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc to assist Mr B A Holford in executing
the company secretarial duties.
