TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
VenFin is currently finalising its results for the year ended 30 June 2004,
which should be released on SENS on 7 September 2004. Shareholders are advised
that earnings per share will be between 10% and 20% higher than the comparative
reporting period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors and shareholders are therefore
advised to exercise caution when trading in the Company`s shares until the
results are published.
