Implementation of Disposal by Dorbyl of Property in Isando
Shareholders were advised, by way of an announcement on SENS on 18 March 2004
and a press announcement published on 19 March 2004, that Dorbyl had disposed of
Portion 1 of Erf 509, Isando Extension 4, Gauteng, comprising industrial
property with factories, warehouses and offices thereon, subject to the
fulfilment of certain conditions precedent (`the disposal`).
Shareholders are now advised that all conditions precedent to the disposal have
now been fulfilled and the disposal has been implemented.
