CITY LODGE: DEALING IN SHARES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with Rule 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed wherein a director, Mr A Widegger has
purchased shares following the exercise of options which were due to expire. The
transaction was undertaken on the following terms:
Transaction Date : 17 August 2004
Number of Shares : 25 000
Class of security : Ordinary Shares of 10 cents each
Transaction Price : 1550 cents
Total Value : R387 500
Extent of Interest : Direct beneficial
In terms of Section 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements prior clearance to
deal in the above securities has been obtained from Mr H Enderle, Chairman of
the Board of City Lodge.
