Changes to the Board of Directors
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 16 August 2004 Mr. Romain Victor
Orlin has retired as an executive director and Mr Igor Vukic has resigned as non
executive director of the company due to business commitments. Mr Mike Bissett
has retired as company secretary of L.A. Group. The services of Mr Orlin and
Vukic will remain available to the company. The position of company secretary
will be filled in due course.
The company wishes to thank Messrs Orlin, Vukic and Bissett for their service
over the years.
