* Messrs Leslie Boyd and Michael Wallis King retired as Directors of the
Company.
* Mr John Michael Halhead was withdrawn as Alternate Director to Mr R G
Mills.
* Messrs David Duncan Barber, Samuel Esson Jonah and Anthony Edwin Redman
were appointed Non-Executive Directors of the Company.
* Mr John Michael Halhead was appointed as an Executive Director.
* Mr Vincent Patrick Uren was nominated as Alternate Director to Mr D D
