Withdrawal Of Cautionary
Shareholders are advised that, in terms of current application of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, the cautionary
included in the trading statement published on SENS on 4 August 2004 and in the
press on 5 August 2004, is no longer required and is hereby withdrawn.
Shareholders must note, however, that the trading statement as published remains
in effect and that the earnings estimate has not been reviewed and reported on
by the auditors of Capitec.
