Tanzanite One Limited AIM Listing
The Directors of Tanzanite One Limited (`TanzaniteOne`) announced this morning
the commencement of trading on the Alternative Investment Market (`AIM`) of the
London Stock Exchange (`LSE`) after a placing by Williams de Broe Plc raised
approximately GBP5million. Trading of the shares began at 42 pence per common
share.
On the 29th April an agreement was signed by African Gem Resources Limited
(`Afgem`) finalising the sale of the tanzanite business and assets of the
company to Tanzanite One SA Limited (`TanzaniteOne SA`).
Shareholders are to be advised that on the 26th of July 2004 a three (3) for one
(1) consolidation of the TanzaniteOne common shares took place, whereby the
holder of three (3) TanzaniteOne common shares with a nominal value of US$0.001
each received one (1) TanzaniteOne common share with a nominal value of US$0.003
cent each.
