ANNOUNCEMENT TO NAIL SHAREHOLDERS
NAIL shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Friday,
23 April 2004 in terms of which it was announced that NAIL had entered into
arrangements relating to the disposal of 100% of the issued share capital of New
Africa Media Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (`NAMH`), including all claims which
NAIL may have against NAMH to Primedia Broadcasting (Proprietary) Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Primedia Limited (`the NAMH disposal`).
A circular, setting out the full details of the NAMH disposal and convening a
general meeting of NAIL shareholders to consider and, if deemed fit, pass the
resolution necessary to implement the NAMH disposal, will be posted to NAIL
shareholders after the special dividend to NAIL shareholders, announced on SENS
on Monday, 26 July 2004, has been paid on Monday, 23 August 2004.
