CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published today on SENS
by Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited that it has received an offer for its 44%
shareholding in Unitrans.
Shareholders are advised that should such an offer result in a sale, a mandatory
offer to all Unitrans shareholders may have to be extended in terms of the
Securities Regulation Code and Rules of the Securities Regulation Panel.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution in dealing in their
shares until a further announcement is made.
