SALE BY TREACLE VENTURE PARTNERS (`TREACLE`) OF A 25.3% STAKE IN ERP.com TO
BLACK INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EMPOWERMENT COMPANY LIMITED (`BLITEC`)
ERP.com shareholders are advised that BLITEC has acquired 43 524 012 ordinary
shares in ERP.com, equivalent to a 25.3% stake in ERP.com, from Treacle for
R43.1 million, equating to a purchase price of 98 cents per ERP.com share. A
BLITEC representative will be appointed to the ERP.com board with effect from 1
October 2004.
BLITEC is an investment company that was formed in 1997 by the Black Information
Technology Forum (B.I.T.F) and its members to promote the development and
expansion of historically disadvantaged members in the ICT sector. In addition
to other investments BLITEC is a 30% shareholder in SAP Public Services
(Proprietary) Limited, which provides SAP solutions to the public sector.
