RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 13 July 2004 and
are hereby advised that Moneyweb is still involved in the negotiations referred
to therein, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price at which the Company`s securities trade on the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa (`the JSE`).
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the Company`s securities on the JSE until a further announcement is made in
this regard.
