PRIMESERV GROUP CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER RESIGNS
Primeserv has announced the resignation of the MD of its HR Solutions Division,
Paul Gray. Paul has also resigned in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer of
Primeserv and from the Primeserv Board of Directors.
While his resignation takes effect immediately, he will stay on in a
consultative capacity until December 2004 to ensure a smooth transition.
Merrick Abel, Group Chief Executive Officer has assumed responsibility for Group
operations.
