Lonfin has notified the London Stock Exchange in terms of its rules and
regulations that a major shareholder, Exeter Asset Management Limited, disposed
of 50 000 Lonfin ordinary shares on 25 August 2004 reducing their holding in
Lonfin from 1 325 000 to 1 275 000 shares.
