TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as
it becomes aware that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on will be materially different from those of the previous corresponding period.
CMH is expecting an increase of between 35% and 45% in headline earnings per
share for the six months ended 31 August 2004 as compared with the corresponding
period last year, due to favourable trading conditions.
The forecast has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The release of the final announcement of results for the six months ended 31
August 2004 is expected to be published on or about 5 October 2004.
