The JSE wishes to advise that it has suspended the listing of Exxoteq as a
result of the audit opinion contained in the company`s annual financial
statements for the year ended 28 February 2004 being qualified. The
qualification relates to a material irregularity that has been reported to the
Public Accountants and Auditors Board by Exxoteq`s auditors.
Further details regarding the qualification may be obtained from the
abovementioned annual financial statements.
