Changes To Board Of Directors
ADvTECH Limited, the education, recruitment and human resources group, today
announced the appointment of Professor Jonathan Jansen as an independent non-
executive director of the Group, effective immediately.
Professor Jansen is Dean of Education at the University of Pretoria. He has a
wealth of experience within the education industry, accumulated during the
course of a distinguished 19 -year career. The Board believes that his extensive
knowledge and unique blend of skills and experience in the field of education
will provide invaluable input to the Board.
As a result of the changes, the Board of Advtech Limited is now made up of 11
directors - 5 executive directors, 3 non-executive directors and 3 independent
non-executive directors.
