The seller, Praxis Active Equity Fund III (`the Fund`), is managed by Praxis
Capital (Pty) Limited (`Praxis`). Mr DK Ferreira is a director of Praxis. The
Fund remains a substantial investor in the Company. The abovementioned disposal
permits the Fund to realise approximately half of its investment in the Company,
while at the same time facilitating broader institutional investment in the
Company.
