INTEREST IN SALE OF SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

Number of shares : 520 000
Price of shares : R1.38
Class of shares : Ordinary shares
Nature of transaction : Mr Geldenhuys, a director of Tourvest has
been advised that on 27 August 2004 the
trustee of the Seekers Share Trust disposed
of 520 000 shares in Tourvest.
Mr A Geldenhuys, also a founder member of
that trust, has been advised that the trust
is in the process of being wound up. As a
result Mr Geldenhuys should receive a cash
distribution on the winding up of the trust
resulting from the sale of the shares held in
that trust.
Nature of interest : Indirect beneficial
Approval : Clearance in terms of par. 3.66 of the JSE
Listings Requirements was obtained by the trustee
