RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETINGS
Combined unitholders are advised that the resolutions relating to the
acquisition of a portfolio of letting enterprises from Strupot Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited (`the transaction`) proposed at the general
meeting of Pangbourne shareholders and the general meeting of Pangbourne
debenture holders held on Wednesday, 8 September 2004, were passed by the
requisite majorities of Pangbourne shareholders and Pangbourne debenture
holders, respectively, and that the transaction is now unconditional.
