TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that the company`s earnings and headline earnings per
share for the six months ended 31 August 2004 are expected to be higher than
those of the comparative period, as indicated below:
- Earnings per share: between 30% and 40%
- Headline earnings per share: between 25% and 35%
Shareholders are advised that the company`s results have not been reviewed
and/or reported on by the company`s auditors. The interim results for the six
months ended 31 August 2004 will be published on 28 September 2004, at which
stage full details will be provided regarding the company`s results.
