RESIGNATION OF CEO AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
MICC unitholders are advised that Mr Greg Chalmers has resigned as chief
executive officer and Mr Pieter Ebersohn has resigned as non-executive director
of MICC, both with immediate effect.
Mr Hardie Joubert, non-executive chairman and Mr Willie Kruger, non-executive
director and chairman of the audit committee, will manage MICC until a further
announcement is made.
