Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 21
July 2004 wherein it was advised that the Company had entered into negotiations
regarding a potential acquisition. Shareholders are advised that as these
negotiations have been terminated caution is no longer required to be exercised
when dealing in Compu-Clearing shares.
