WITHDRAWAL OF ANNUAL REPORT, POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of Mouldmed are advised that the annual report released on 31
August 2004 has been withdrawn because the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
has requested the company to restate its financial statements for the year ended
29 February 2004 to comply with South African Statements of Generally Accepted
Accounting Practice. The consequence of the above is that the restated results
of Mouldmed for the above financial year are expected to be substantially worse
than previously reported.
The annual general meeting scheduled for 22 September 2004 has been postponed
until further notice.
The directors of the company are in the process of restructuring the business of
Mouldmed and to this extent they are considering various options with regard to
new businesses.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution in dealing in the shares of the
company until a further announcement is made.
