TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that the group`s earnings and headline earnings for the
six months ended 30 June 2004 are substantially higher compared to the
corresponding period of the previous year.
The net profit after taxation attributable to ordinary shareholders amounted to
N$2.54 million, equivalent to a profit of 2,2 cents per share (Loss of N$1.016
million, equivalent to a loss of 0.9 cents per share during the previous
period).
Headline earnings amounted to a profit of 2,2 cents per share (Loss of 0,9 cents
per share the previous period).
No interim dividend has been declared in respect of the period ended 30 June
2004.
Shareholders are advised that the earnings and headline earnings figures for the
six months ended 30 June 2004 have not been reviewed, audited or reported on by
Namsea`s auditors.
