CHANGE IN RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TIWHEEL
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa (`the Listings Requirements`) TiWheel hereby announces
that in order to comply with 3.84 (c) of the Listings Requirements, Joint
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (`CEO`), Eddie Keizan will relinquish
the position of Joint Chairman, leaving Martin Glatt as sole Chairman and
Eddie Keizan as CEO with effect from 30 September 2004.
Pending the outcome of the proposed restructuring of TiWheel`s international
wheel manufacturing businesses further changes to the board may be effected
which will be announced when appropriate.
