Requirements, the Company is authorised to announce that Mr JRD Modise has
resigned as Chief Operating Officer and as a director of Johnnic with effect
from 1 October 2004, from which date Mrs K C Ramon, the current Financial
Director, will be appointed Acting Chief Operating Officer.
