POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the group`s Annual Financial Statements have been
posted today (23 September 2004). There have been no material changes to the
preliminary results published on 25 August 2004 save for a correction resulting
from an arithmetic error, announced on SENS on 31 August 2004 as follows:

Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company

notice of the Annual General meeting is contained in the Annual Financial
Statements posted to shareholders today.
