Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Clientele Life`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2004,
published on 18 August 2004, the annual report was posted on 02 September 2004.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Clientele Life will be held at
11:00 on Thursday, 30 September 2004 at the company`s registered office,
Clientele House, Morning View Office Park, Corner Rivonia and Alon Roads,
Morningside, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the annual report.
