Shareholding: The exercise of these options and the intended
exercise of the remaining tranche when it vests
early next year will then complete the phase-out
programme of options for non-executive directors
whose remuneration is now fee based only, in
accordance with Massmart`s governance practices.
The exercise price above is the same price for the options exercised by Mr
Seabrooke on 10 September 2004.
Mr Seabrooke`s personal shareholding of 200,000 shares remains unchanged.
