NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2004 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results, which were published on 7 September 2004.
Ernst & Young audited the results and the annual financial statements of Grintek
and their reports are available for inspection at the registered offices of the
company.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 27 October 2004 in the boardroom, Grintek Limited,
