Trading Statement
In terms of the Listings requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they
become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on next will be more than 20% different from that of the previous
corresponding period.
The Company advises that its earnings and headline earnings per share for the 26
weeks ended 25 September 2004 is expected to be between 35% and 45% higher than
those reported for the corresponding prior period.
This forecast has neither been reviewed nor reported on by the Company`s
external auditors.
