RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING AND REMINDER OF SALIENT DATES
The board of directors hereby announces that at the general meeting of
shareholders held on Monday, 27 September 2004, shareholders have unanimously
approved the ordinary resolutions relating to, inter alia, the acquisition of
100% of the shares in and claims against DataPro (Proprietary) Limited and an
issue of shares for cash.
The shareholders have also unanimously approved the special resolutions relating
to the change in name of the company to DataPro Group Limited and the adoption
of the new articles of association. The special resolution regarding the
cancellation of the share incentive scheme was not approved, in order to allow
the new directors to investigate the scheme.
Shareholders are reminded of the following salient dates.

Offer opens at 09h00 Tuesday, 28 September
Offer closes at 12h00 (see note below) Friday, 08 October
Last day to trade Friday, 15 October
Change of name effective from commencement of Monday, 18 October
trading on
Transfer of sector and list and trade new Monday, 18 October
shares in the new name of DataPro Group

Listing of new securities at commencement of Monday, 18 October

Note:
Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities in
the name of Casey after Friday, 15 October 2004. With regard to the offer,
dematerialised shareholders are required to advise their CSDP or broker in the
manner and by the cut-off time stipulated by their CSDP or broker in terms of
their agreement with their CSDP or broker.
