TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that ABC is currently finalising its results for the
six months ended 31 August 2004 and advises that its headline earnings per share
for the six months ended 31 August 2004 is expected to increase by between 30%
and 35% over that of the previous corresponding period.
The results for the six months ended 31 August 2004 are expected to be released
in early October 2004.
The estimate information, on which this trading statement is based, will be
reviewed by the auditors of the company.
