TRADING STATEMENT
Moribo is currently finalizing its results for the six months ended 30 June
2004, which should be released on SENS on 30 September 2004. Shareholders are
advised that Moribo will be reporting a headline loss of between 4,0 and 5,5
cents per share. The results for the six months ended 30 June 2004 have not been
reviewed and reported on by the company`s auditors.
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 8 September 2004
and are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in their shares in the company
until a further announcement is made in this regard.
