SUSPENSION OF TRADING
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 12 August 2004, shareholders are
advised that the company has finalised agreements relating to the disposal of
all remaining operating businesses within the Glotec group and as a result the
directors of Glotec have requested that the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
suspend trading in the Glotec share with immediate effect. The board of
directors of Glotec are currently assessing the company`s future and an
announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
