In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Mr. Rob
Taylor, one of the representatives of Dimension Data Holdings SA (Proprietary)
Limited (`Dimension Data`) has resigned as a non-executive director of Paracon
with effect from 28 September 2004. Rob`s duties at Dimension Data have been re-
aligned to focus specifically on the Australian operation as well as the
Dimension Data Call Centre Business, thereby excluding Paracon.
