Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 25 June 2004 were today posted to shareholders and contain no
modifications to the audited results, which were published on 19 August 2004.
Deloitte audited the results and the annual financial statements of Tourvest and
their reports are available for inspection at the registered offices of the
company.
Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 15:00 on 1 November 2004, in the boardroom, 2nd floor, Forum V,
Braampark, 33 Hoofd Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
