DEALING IN SECURITIES BY PPTM
In compliance with Rule 3.63 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listing
Requirements unitholders are advised that PPTM has disposed of 253 700 Prima
units at a price of 97 cents per unit. The disposal follows the receipt of
approval from the Financial Services Board for PPTM to reduce its seed capital
in Prima. The following additional information is disclosed:

Given that Prima is a trust, it has no directors. Prima is managed by PPTM in
terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 and the deed
entered into between ABSA Bank Limited and PPTM. The entire issued share
capital of PPTM is held by A Million Up Investments 158 (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of Madison Property Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd (`MPFM`). In turn,
the shares in MPFM are held by The Standard Bank of South Africa Ltd (as to
50%), Marc Wainer (as to 25%) and Wolf Cesman (as to 25%).
