RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thabex herewith announces that all the resolutions and special resolutions
proposed at the annual general meeting held on 29 September 2004 were approved
including the ordinary resolution relating to the authority, subject to the
Listing Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, given to
directors to issue ordinary shares for cash. The special resolutions authorising
the Company and its subsidiaries to repurchase Thabex shares, respectively, were
also approved.
