Changes to the Board of Directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Ms P Byrne
has resigned as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 30
September 2004. Mr C. Badenhorst has been appointed as a director of the
company with effect from 1 October 2004.
Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Ms P Byrne
has resigned as company secretary of Zenith with effect from 30 September 2004.
Ms M van den Berg has been appointed as company secretary of the company with
effect from 1 October 2004.
