The printing of JCI`s annual report for 2004, due to be delivered to the JSE by
close of business today, has been delayed as a result of a failure by two of
JCI`s BEE subsidiaries to provide audited figures timeously.
`We have had an undertaking that the outstanding information will be with us by
Tuesday, October 5, whereupon we will be able to incorporate the information
into our annual financial statements, then the JCI 2004 Annual Report will be
ready to go print,` said JCI Financial Director, Hennie Buitendag.
