Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on the
Securities Exchange News Service (`SENS`) on 7 September 2004 of Digicore`s
audited results for the year ended 30 June 2004, Digicore advises that its 2004
annual report, which incorporates the audited annual financial statements for
the period, was dispatched to shareholders on 30 September 2004, and contains no
changes from the SENS announcement.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held in Digicore`s boardroom, at 20 Eddington Crescent, Highveld Technopark,
Centurion on Tuesday 9 November 2004 at 11h00, to transact the business set out
in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in Digicore`s
2004 annual report.
