RESIGNATION OF BRIAN MYERSON FROM AND APPOINTMENT OF MARK BARNES TO THE BOARD OF
AVASA.
BRIAN MYERSON
Brian Myerson has informed the Board that he wishes to accept the offer of an
executive directorship of a company based in Europe, which if he does so, would
require him to relinquish his executive duties at AVASA and that, as a result in
any event he will be unable to dedicate the personal time to AVASA that he would
otherwise have liked to. The Board has, therefore, today accepted the
resignation of Brian Myerson from the Board.
MARK BARNES
The Board is pleased to announce that Mark Barnes has agreed to join the Board
of AVASA today as Chairman.
