Changes to the Board of Directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that with
immediate effect Mr. HC Buitendag has resigned as executive director of the
company but remains on the board as a non-executive director and with effect
from 1 November 2004, the board accepts the appointment of Mr. Khangale Makhado
as executive director for Investor Relations, Marketing and Communication.
