CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms YT Moerane has been
appointed as a non-executive director of ERP.com with effect from 1 October
2004.
Ms Moerane is currently the managing director of Black Information Technology
Empowerment Company Limited (`Blitec`), the non-executive chairperson of Casey
Investment Holdings Limited and also serves on the SAP Public Services
(Proprietary) Limited board.
Further to the above, Mr P Mather has resigned as an executive director of
ERP.com with effect from 1 October 2004. He remains a member of the senior
management team and a director of an ERP.com subsidiary iServe (Proprietary)
Limited.
