APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Java Capital
is authorised to announce that Michael (Mike) James Cullabine has been appointed
to the Board of Prima as an independent non-executive director with immediate
effect.
Mike, a Chartered Accountant, brings a wealth of knowledge to PPTM`s Board
having spent most of his career in the investment arena. He first became
involved in property in 1983 when he joined Metboard Limited. Most recently,
Mike was the Executive Officer - Investments and Properties at the Mine
Employees Pension Fund and Sentinel Mining Industry Retirement Fund before
retiring in 2003.
