WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 11 June 2004, 5
August 2004 and 16 September 2004 and are advised that in terms of an agreement
between Bouygues Batiment International, Bouygues Travaux Publics, DTP
Terrassement and the Chavda Empowerment Consortium, the negotiations referred to
in the previous cautionary announcements have been terminated and caution is no
longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their shares.
