RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that at a general meeting of
NAIL shareholders held on Tuesday, 5 October 2004, the ordinary resolutions
relating to the disposal of 100% of the issued share capital of New Africa Media
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (`NAMH`), including all claims which NAIL may
have against NAMH (`the NAMH disposal`) were unanimously approved by the NAIL
shareholders present.
NAIL shareholders are advised that the implementation date of the NAMH disposal
is expected to be on Monday, 11 October 2004.
